    Help us show the world why T-Mobile is a Best Place to Work! We're looking for an Associate Copywriter to write, edit and revise copy for T-Mobile's employer brand marketing channels, such as our careers website, social media campaigns, company profiles, event collateral, employee stories, videos and more. You'll help come up with campaign ideas and work with visual designers, project managers and in-house "clients" in a fast-paced, collaborative and supportive atmosphere. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter, creatively bold, and of course, an exceptionally talented writer. Ideally, you'll have experience writing for diversity of brands, voices and media. Experience in an agency or equivalent environment is a plus. In this role, you'll also moderate the communities the engage with your employment brand across variety of channels.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write digital, social, advertising, collateral, and video copy for lower to mid-level projects, meeting creative brief requirements and including quick-turn creative requests. Abide by our team processes and best practices, attend production meetings and manage workload and deadlines autonomously.
    • Support creative leads in their mid-to-high complexity projects, which may include idea generation, presentations, and packaging up files for handoff.
    • Present creative to team leads & help present creative to business owners and creative leadership during creative reviews.
    • Collaborate with designers and other members of the DCS team to assist in developing creative for projects.
    • Assist in the creation and evolution of T-Mobile copywriting resources and tools, such as style guides, on-boarding manuals, and templates.
    • Manage social communities and engage with talent. Answer questions and solve problems.
    • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree in English or Creative Writing or related field required
    • 0-2+ years of copywriting experience, with formal copy training and a strong portfolio.
    • A passion for advertising and marketing copywriting with the talent to deliver copy that is engaging, on brand, on strategy, and suitable to the medium. Must display excellence in grammar, syntax, structure and voice.
    • Thrives in a collaborative, ever-changing, and fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail and timeliness. Must be able to adhere to style guidelines and proofread with accuracy.
    • A working understanding of writing for banner ads, social media posts, websites, etc.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills including comfort receiving and implementing feedback.
    • The ability to prioritize multiple assignments, deadlines, and documents.
    • A passion for people and the ability to tell their stories in an authentic, engaging way.
    • Expert in Microsoft Word and experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
    • An understanding of user experience-focused copywriting. Experience in A/B testing is helpful but not required.
    • A willingness to challenge yourself in your work, look for fresh creative solutions, experiment, learn and grow.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
