Customer Experience Sales Executive – Remote – US
VoiceFoundry, a TTEC Digital Company, is hiring a Customer Experience Sales Executive in a remote role in the US.
What you’ll be doing VoiceFoundry’s key technology partner in the CX space is AWS. We work with their amazing Cognitive CX suite of technology including Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, Comprehend, Personalize, Pinpoint and Lambda. This role works closely with the AWS sales and professional services teams driving new logo business from opportunity to closure. You’ll be front and center in terms of helping our clients understand the impact that implementing Amazon’s suite of services can have on their customer’s experience. The VoiceFoundry team has deep specialization in contact center, CRM and customer experience solutions, you’ll have a similar background.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000 - $160,000. This position also is eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
