    Job Overview

    This role supports business sales teams by providing direct supervision and guidance to improve performance and achieve sales goals. It involves collaborating with employees and management to address challenges and deliver daily operational support. The role differentiates itself by using data-driven insights and operational guidelines to lead a team of up to 10 sales professionals. Success is measured by the team's achievement of sales targets, effective coaching, and continuous performance improvement. The work impacts organizational sales outcomes and customer satisfaction by enabling a motivated and skilled sales team.

    Job Responsibilities :

    • Monitor and enhance team performance by providing feedback and support to improve sales outcomes
    • Deliver individual and team-level reporting to track progress and inform decision-making
    • Conduct personalized feedback sessions to discuss tasks, quota achievement, training, and career development
    • Organize and facilitate coaching and training sessions to equip sales representatives with necessary skills
    • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

    Education and Work Experience :

    • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
    • 2 years inside, outside, retail, or similar sales position. (Preferred)
    • 1 years sales or Retail Management experience (Preferred)
    • 2-4 years experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention as a Sr Representative or Coaching Position. (Preferred)

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

    • Sales Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals. Experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. (Required)
    • Business Acumen Demonstrate key business acumen skills such as Leadership (trustworthiness, time management, positive attitude, self-motivation); Strategic Thinking (adaptability, flexibility, planning); Analytical Skills (research, attention to detail); Problem Solving (research, active listening). (Required)
    • Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build relationships with clients and team members. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. (Required)
    • Client Relationship Management Ability to establish and cultivate initial client relationships, including setting up meetings and connecting with key contacts within the organization. Experience in managing first impressions, understanding client needs, and laying the groundwork for future business opportunties. (Required)
    • Organizational Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. (Required)
    • CRM Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and other sales enablement tools like Outreach, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo. (Required)
    • Technology Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. (Required)

    Total Target Cash Pay Range: $73,900 - $133,300, inclusive of target incentives

    Base Pay Range: $51,730 - $93,310

The successfulcandidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, andexperience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.     At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
