    T-Mobile’s Corporate Strategy & Analysis (“CS&A”) team is looking for an Intern who can turn data and models into insights and turn those insights into actionable recommendations for the company’s senior leadership. Person in this role will own a single workstream on high impact projects that tackle complex and ambiguous problems to drive transformational change, create new businesses, and bring innovation to T-Mobile’s customers. Examples of past projects that the team led include Sprint Merger, Development of Home Internet, Digital transformation roadmap, 5-yr strategy planning etc.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Structure and drive workstreams with assistance from Snr Managers. Perform a leading role on projects, working closely with internal clients to understand key business issues and structure problem solving approaches.

    • Structure analytical problems. Build financial and other decision-making models to analyze data and present findings.

    • Empower decision making for business leaders. Work cross-functionally with client organizations to build buy-in and drive change. Perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to enhance decision making across a range of options.

    • Synthesize findings. Translate insights and concepts to actionable recommendations by understanding their impact on the business.

    • Build a story out of the numbers. Construct executive level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in an MBA/PhD program, or completed degree in the last 12 months in Business Administration (Finance or Accounting) or other quantitative / technical field (e.g. Engineering, Economics, Statistics)

    • 3 – 5 years of relevant strategy work experience, and familiarity with tech, telecommunications, or consumer businesses

    • 1-2 years of management consulting, investment banking or Corporate Strategy experience

    • Experience working on cross-functional projects and track record of demonstrating a high level of achievement

    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Preferred Qualifications

    Additional Information

    • This role is 100% in office, must be able to work in Bellevue, WA – relocation is provided

    • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education

    • Intern wages vary from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
