The Professional Standards Training team champions the culture of ethical leadership at T-Mobile and we're looking for a data-driven go-getter to help us get to the next level. We train the company on all aspects of ethical behavior, from managing biases and speaking up, to information security and avoiding conflicts of interest. You will help us tell the learning story by developing dashboards and reporting KPIs on training effectiveness and pioneer predictive analytics to change behaviors for the better. You will also be maintaining operational excellence by managing training assignments in our Cornerstone learning management system to over 100,000 learners.
