    2020 Companies is assembling a team of enthusiastic sales professionals on behalf of Verizon Business Solutions. Within a territory of retail stores, you will establish and maintain effective business relationships with management and sales associates with the purpose of evangelizing the Verizon brand.

    Your role will be integral in generating incremental revenue by acquiring new consumers and recommending appropriate products and services to best fit their needs. If you have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining business-to-business relationships, we have full-time B2B positions paying base plus commission

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Drive sales productivity through high quality, end-to-end direct sales
    • Schedule and participate in direct sales events
    • Create consumer awareness and product brand preference at the retail store level though training, assisted sales and merchandising
    • Educate customers and retail associates and make product recommendations
    • Effectively train retail associates to conduct quality sales presentations and customer demonstrations
    • Build effective professional relationships on behalf of the Company and client at both the store and customer level
    • Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly basis
    • Advise customers by providing information and qualify on products and services
    • Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices
    • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Management and/or Retail Operations as appropriate
    • Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately
  • Qualifications
    • Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred
    • 3+ years previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred
    • 3+ years of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/telecommunications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
    • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation
    • Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail
    • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment
    • Ability to pass military background check
    • Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
    • Ability to travel locally up to 50%
