WHAT TO EXPECT:

CommScope is offering an opportunity for select students, seeking degrees intheEngineeringfieldto join ourSummerInternship Program. The intern will gain exposure totheInside Plant Fiberproducts andbusinesswithin CommScope. The intern willcollaborate with several functionsof the organizations such as Engineering Quality, Research & Development, Product Line Management, Project Management and Operations, to gain knowledge about the product development process.

YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT BY:

• Supporting project core teams during the Product Development Cycle (PDP)
• Working with NPI and Manufacturing Engineers to ensure factories are ramp-ready
• Perform engineering evaluations on new processes utilizing the DMAIC concept
• Learn and utilize Power BI Software to track production processes
• Assist with the Value Stream Map (VSM) of production lines to improve overall efficiency

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION

• Junior or Senior standing with BS in Engineering from an accredited university
• Proven strong academic performer with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company
