    Come join our Corporate Security team! This position is responsible for processing requests related to physical access control for the entire company in accordance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all audit requirements related to physical access control for T-Mobile and maintaining compliance.

    This is fully in-office role (5 days/week in the office) and based in Overland Park, KS

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Process requests for physical access into designated locations throughout the enterprise in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Ensuring all prerequisites for badge access levels are obtained and documented prior to issuing the access level.
    • Field incoming phone calls and take the appropriate actions to resolve the callers needs with quality customer service in accordance with established policies and procedures.
    • Assist walk-in customers with physical access control related requests and issue badge accessories upon request.
    • Troubleshoot physical access related issues and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
    • Maintaining working knowledge of all audit requirements related to physical access control for the enterprise and maintaining compliance.
    • Perform a full monthly inventory count of all badge supplies and ensure a full inventory count is completed by all badge station location.
    • Intake and fulfill requests for additional badge supplies at all locations within the enterprise.
    • Troubleshoot physical access related issues and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
    • Engaging IT on technical issues and software packaging related to equipment
    • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors' Degree or combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
    • Up to 2 years experience in physical access control, physical security, customer service, or similar role
    • Knowledge of security systems such as C-Cure 9000, AMAG Symmetry, and security operations a plus • At least 18 years of age
      • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    Base Pay Range: $17.37 - $31.34

    Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
