    MetroPCS is hiring energetic, driven, and motivated Field Market Managers for local events!

    The MetroPCS Field Market Manager is an exciting position for those who are seeking a long-term sales opportunity! As a Market Manager, you will be overseeing a team of Brand Ambassadors who are demonstrating and promoting MetroPCS plans and services and providing product knowledge at major events such as Monster Truck Jam, Ringling Bros. Circus, festivals, etc.

    Potential Day-in-the Life:

    • Point of contact for local events

    • Manage staffing schedule for each event

    • Recruit local talent

    • Travel to event via personal transportation

    • Promote MetroPCS plans and services

    • Sign-spinning

    • Set-up/tear down of event booths

    • Guerilla marketing

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the POC for our client's local marketing teams

    • Ensure a solid pipeline of potential Event Rep candidates by partnering with 2020 Companies' centralized recruiting division

    • Ensure 100% event staffing in your local market by maintaining a solid bench of available Event Reps

    • Responsible for leading an experiential marketing team driving brand advocacy and daily sales performance by attending local events to provide coaching/guidance

    • Clearly communicate objectives, timelines, project status, and budget updates, as well as risks/opportunities to the team on a regular and consistent basis

    • Drive internal communications plan and oversee launch of customer/partner meetings strategy, implementation, execution and reporting.

    • Ensure 100% accuracy in event scheduling and reporting; Augment workforce when necessary to accommodate anticipated turnover or scheduling conflicts

    • Maintain a relationship with local client leadership to ensure customer satisfaction

    • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures

    • Ensure event(s) and team members are meeting client expectations

    • Resolve customer complaints on a daily basis

    • Ordering and tracking of event supplies, as needed

    • Maintain upkeep of event merchandise, event transportation (when needed), signage and equipment

    • Executes quality control checks to ensure satisfactory representation of the client's brand

    • Ensures all shifts are recapped and reported timely

    • Prepare post-event evaluations and summaries to Director

    • Performs additional and administrative duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience

    • 3+ years’ of team management and/or event experience

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    • Demonstrated long-term excellent sales performance

    • Proven record of successful management/leadership of more than two employees

    • Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment

    • Ability to work flexible weekends including evenings, weekends and holidays

    • Able to work autonomously with excellent time management skills

    • Must be able to travel throughout the market
