SUPPORTING AT&T’s IN-HOME SOLUTIONS GROUP
THIS IS A DRIVING ROLE. CURRENT MOTOR VEHICLE RECORDS WILL BE REVIEWED
Overall Purpose: Assist new residential customers with set-up of applications and features on their devices and convey the benefits of an integrated AT&T solution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Meet with residential consumers in their homes during their product installation in order to set-up their applications and features. Present customer promotions and offers. Present integrated solutions options to the customer and recommend solutions. Achieve sales and service objectives. Receive daily schedule for a specific area or territory. Track and report activities through established processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
A valid driver's license is required
Desired Qualifications:
1 - 3 Years of Direct Sales Experience preferred
Knowledge of AT&T products and services
Former AT&T employees who have left the business within the last year preferred.
