    RESPONSIBILITIES

    What you'll do in your role

    Working as an Intern in SALT LAKE CITY, with the RF Engineering Team, you will get experience and exposure to many of the following daily responsibilities:

    • Pull KPI Trends and watching the OneScore for the KPIs
    • Design and Optimize the UMTS, LTE and & 5G network for enhanced customer experience
    • Work with engineers to analyze data and course of action to take with a hands-on approach to solutions
    • Interface with Sales and care team to support the growth and retention
    • Site solution visits along with field tech
    • Parameter checking & live monitoring (direct access into sites as your experience expands)
    • Trouble Ticket and Work Order Generation

    You'll contribute your creativity and great ideas, working alongside innovative colleagues and mentors who will push you to be your very best. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to make an immediate impact.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The experience you'll bring

    You're currently enrolled in college and pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with an Electrical Engineering or Computer Science path. Aside from your degree path, we are looking for the following skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Academic experience coding with Python and/or SQL
    • Strong Data analysis & Excel skills
    • Well-organized and able to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
    • Able to understand and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
    • Data visualization: able to incorporate visual elements to effectively convey a message
    • Able to work both independently and in a cooperative team environment to achieve goals
