LEADERS TO EXECUTIVES DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM INTERNSHIP

At some companies, internships require you to follow a set structure and curriculum for the summer. Not the case at T-Mobile. Our Leaders to Executives Development Program Internship is truly unique. From day one, we'll equip you with working knowledge of the company, our business units and our bold, Un-carrier culture.   You'll gain insight into our call centers, retail stores and regional business offices.   All to help prepare you for a possible role in our full-time Leaders to Executive Development Program (L2E).   During your 12 week internship you'll work side-by-side with current L2E Development Program participants in either the Retail or Customer Service groups. Your internship will include time in Bellevue at our Headquarters Campus and in the field at one of our call centers or in one of our retail markets across the country. You'll work with our frontline and learn why our customers always come first and are at the heart of everything we do. At the end of your internship you will present a capstone to your local leadership team and the director of the L2E program. We will challenge you to:

    • Work in an ambiguous environment with lots of last minute changes
    • Broaden your understanding of our business environment
    • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our current L2E participants
    • Learn about the responsibilities to lead multiple teams and key aspects of our operations

This is not a one-size-fits-all kind of internship. We'll give you the tools you need to sharpen your critical thinking skills and provide you unprecedented support with coaching and resources to help ensure your summer is a success.
