• On-time provisioning of customers’ Move, Add, Change and Disconnect (MACD) requests
• Daily active cooperation with internal and external AT&T Resources to complete provisioning tasks
• Managing own work, efficiency and quality in order to provide outstanding customer support
• Meet the required / requested time and quality targets
• Phone and email communication with the clients (requestors, site contacts and end-users).
• Phone and email communication with other teams and AT&T Vendors.
• On-call support for clients (24/7 stand by password reset line) and for technicians KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: "Excellent level of English – written & spoken
• Advanced PC knowledge
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to challenging working environment
• Ability to work in tight deadlines
• Flexible, stress resistant team player with analytical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Great interpersonal/communication skills
• Willingness to appropriately go beyond the scope of one’s job to meet commitments made to others
