• Field outbound/inbound phone calls a day • Transferring customers to the appropriate department • Handling and resolving customer inquiries • Being the first point of contact for our customers looking for various products
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred but not required • Clear, articulate speaking voice. Must be able to read from a computer generated script • Must be reliable and punctual • Basic computer skills required
