    JOB SUMMARY

    The Student Part-Time Recruiter Intern will be responsible for supporting the sourcing and recruiting associated with University Internship program. Duties will include full lifecycle of seasonal university recruitment to deliver top talent into Spectrum’s Internship Program.

    Internship responsibilities may include

    • Identify high quality diversity candidates for our summer internship program

    • Provide an initial phone screen of candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities and overall fit with the role

    • Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates

    Required qualifications

    • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

    • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program

    • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

    • Ability to travel locally to Universities to promote Spectrum’s Internship Program

    Preferred qualifications

    • Proven verbal communication skills

    • Ability to multi-task and manage change

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    • Demonstrated desire to provide high level of customer service to candidates

    • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
