As a part-time copywriter, you will work remotely to create Job Postings that will educate, inspire and attract candidates who are qualified and excited to work for us. You will partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to take complex technical and product language and distill it into clear, simple language that job seekers will understand and connect with.

Our copywriters will align with the company and business brand, learn about and apply gender-neutral, compliant content and search engine optimization strategies using creative and critical thinking skills. Our copywriters will be creative, innovative, and able to easily adapt. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, meeting deadlines, and using research and data to make creative decisions. The job postings that you create will help us fill thousands of jobs with the right talent every year.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Requirements

• Education: Junior, Senior or above pursuing Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Creative Writing or Marketing with 3.0 GPA
• Experience: Experience working on projects pertaining copywriting and marketing techniques
• Skills: MS office, various on-line collaboration tools, effective communication, project management, presentation
• Abilities: Critical thinking, analysis, influence others, work on multiple projects simultaneously, work a minimum of 20 hours per week, attend meetings during business working hours

Preferred

• Preferred Experience: Experience working on projects pertaining to employment branding, recruiting and diversity initiatives and knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and performance marketing techniques
