  • Responsibilities

    TTEC is searching for a Product Demonstration leader, an engaging executive who can combine technology expertise with an ability to draw in audience through strong communication skills and presentation capabilities. Supporting a global sales organization, this role will provide a managing and coordinating point of contact to define, lead and maintain the demonstration environment for TTEC’s broad range of Contact Center platform and applications solutions. This includes ensuring all TTEC capabilities can be shown in a manner consistent with the strategic message for Customer Experience as a Service - as it is today and as it evolves.

    This role will create and maintain the processes for producing and presenting customized demonstrations for enterprise pursuits, whether that be through live demonstrations, video presentations, PowerPoint or a combination thereof. Core to this capability is the ability to collaborate closely with engineers, subject matter experts, sales leaders and all stakeholders to ensure that customized demos reflect the associate deal strategy and win themes.

    The Senior Manager, Solution Demos is a client-facing role that can effectively lead the demo presentation with the technical knowledge necessary to present to customers and answer their questions – as well as orchestrating the “stagecraft” and sequencing of the overall demo presentation.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Develop demo scenarios that showcase TTEC and partner technology capabilities in cloud contact center, omnichannel, AI and automation and other emerging CX solutions
    • Position the TTEC suite of solutions to win mindshare with new and existing customers
    • Lead and orchestrate TTEC and Partner resources to identify and qualify demo needs
    • Partner with Solution Engineers/Architects to align the technology demo to the customer's desired business outcome
    • Moderate the TTEC Sales Demonstration Platform Committee including coordinating and moderating meetings of cross-functional and cross-department stakeholders to facilitate customized demonstration requests, platform updates and resource alignment.
    • Align product mix within the platform with the capability needs identified by the Executive Team through corporate messaging strategies
    • Anticipate and integrate new product capabilities as they are introduced into the TTEC product portfolio
    • Develop processes and continuing business plan to support TTEC Sales demonstration platform
    • Build the Platform Roadmap that anticipates capability growth, product upgrades and maintains alignment with the core messaging strategy for TTEC
    • Provide training and communications for the demo platform for all stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

    What skills you’ll bring to us:


    • 5+ years technical or sales experience in the software industry
    • 3+ years of presentation and software product demonstration experience
    • Strong verbal and presentation communication for business and technical audiences
    • Demonstrated professionalism and poise in C-level meetings and presentations
    • Ability to turn technical information into accessible business insight
    • Strong organization skills with an ability to manage a cross-functional team and meet deadlines is a must


    • A Bachelor's degree +
    • Subject matter expertise in customer contact center solutions and/or customer experience consulting
    • Foundational skills in PowerPoint
    • Ability to effectively lead diverse teams of senior and junior stakeholders

    Compensation and Benefits:

    The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $86,000-$150,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
