Job Overview
This role ensures accurate and accessible human resources (HR) data to support employee-related processes and decisions. It involves assessing data submissions, generating HR data requests, and managing communications with internal teams and customers. The role includes supporting unemployment claims by providing necessary documentation to business partners. Success is measured by data accuracy, timely response to requests, and effective communication with stakeholders. The work impacts organizational efficiency and employee experience by maintaining reliable HR data and records.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and will be based in Overland Park, KS.
Job Responsibilities :
Support unemployment claims by retrieving and providing appropriate documentation to business partners to ensure timely processing
Monitor and maintain intake queues by running reports and preparing communications to employees and managers for efficient workflow
Prepare and complete employee lifecycle documents such as verification of employment and personnel file requests to support HR operations
Maintain accurate HR records by scanning and indexing submissions into the HR document repository to ensure data integrity
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience :
Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Less than 2 years 1-2 years HR Experience supporting employee lifecycle data. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Organization Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multitask as necessary to meet service level agreements and deadlines. (Required)
Ability to complete assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Normally follows established procedures, requires instructions only on new assignments. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects and tasks. (Required)
Ability to work under close to moderate supervision and apply acquired job skills, basic decision-making skills, and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. (Required)
Highly accurate and attentive to detail with ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to change. (Required)
Customer Service Demonstrated customer focus with ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience. (Required)
Ability to stay current on guidelines and processing procedure including documenting and sharing information with peers (Required)

Corporate Bonus Target: 5%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
