    Focus on Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition at T-Mobile as part of the broader Employee Experience team in HR. 

    Position affords opportunity to work with members across the Employee Engagement and Rewards & Recognition teams, learning about different facets of engagement, such as recognition, communications, programming, strategy and more.

    Position would be responsible for implementation of projects and events to create a positive impact on day-to-day experience of T-Mobile employees. 

    Role requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate programs, including some evenings. 

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Special project execution 

    • Drafting communications 

    • Reconciliation of expenses/budgeting 

    • Submission and support of Zendesk ticketing  

    • Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned 

    • Must live or have place to stay in Overland Park, KS

    • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    • Intern wages vary from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location

    • Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, HR, or Business graduating in 2023.

    • Role requires attention to detail, an understanding of customer service and a curiosity about employee experience.  

    • Strong written communication skills and the ability to add voice to content you create 

    • Experience with data analytics 

    • Interest in developing basic deck and strategy story telling skills 

    • Expertly engages in conversations with all employees (regardless of authority level) 

    • Experience with MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Project planning experience and skills including organization, communication, prioritization, and timeline management 

    • Excited to jump into a fast pace, rapid growth eco-system that learns and demonstrates new tools 

    • Program management, communications, marketing, engagement, event planning

    • Creative thinking, hard working, self starter
