As an Engineer Intern with TfB Product Architecture team you will be working on the latest products and technologies T-Mobile is building for enterprise customers. The role will provide candidate with hands on experience to prepare business requirement document, system design diagrams, and leading cross functional discussions and negotiations with internal teams under supervision of a Principal Engineer and Sr Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather business requirements and prepare draft BRD for one TfB product in the areas of Collaboration or 5G Advance Network Solutions Portfolios such as enterprise messaging, Unified Communications, and Mobile Edge Compute solutions 
• Define Product Architecture and System Design for selected product in close collaboration with product owner, technology and 3rd party vendors; deliverables include architecture design and call flows for defined product 
• Prepare presentation to train Sales Engineers in new product capabilities, and target Use Cases
• Partner with solution provider to prepare demo of defined Use Cases

QUALIFICATIONS

• Studying for a Bachelors Degree in STEM or Business  
• Passionate about new products and services with a technology focus 
• Hands on experience with a cloud provider solution a plus 
• Understanding of telecommunication architecture and 3GPP standards preferred 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; bias toward making data-based decisions  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office.

Average pay for technical summer internships is $30/hour
