Finance at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance & leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile & make a difference in how we do business. The intern will have the opportunity to help drive capital allocation and competitive analysis supporting the nation’s largest 5G network deployment. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier?

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• This role will be assigned to the team that supports financial planning and analysis for T-Mobile’s regional network engineering and operations organization. 

• Responsible for developing the framework to support market level P&L reporting for the network organization including revenue allocation to markets to help the network team understand profitability. 

• Responsible for developing economic analysis models to help guide network capital allocation and provide ROI analysis associated with network investment decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration graduating in 2023 or 2024

• Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills 

• Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail 

• Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity 

• Experience working with and synthesizing large amounts of data 

• Capital allocation, ROI & profitability analysis experience a plus 

• Must live or have a place to stay in Overland Park, KS

• Intern wages vary from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
