Are you looking for a fun summer internship? We're looking for a hard-working intern to join our team! The T-Mobile Tuesdays team aspires to make T-Mobile famous for appreciating customers through our award-winning program and app. The T-Mobile Tuesdays Partnerships Intern will be tasked primarily with helping with the end-to-end experience for our 3rd party partners. This will include partnership insights, intake, Go-to-Market processes, and performance and category reporting.
SUMMER 2023 PROJECT
In addition to working closely with the T-Mobile Tuesdays team to learn about the program and mobile app, you will have an opportunity to complete an independent research project to make your mark on the future of Tuesdays. Past projects have included competitor analysis, a deep dive into our customer demographics and the best social channels to reach them, and recommendations on app personalization based on trends and best practices. The summer project will be focused on the highest priority business needs for Tuesdays, giving the opportunity for your project to contribute at a high level.

This role will be based out of our Bellevue, WA office

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
You’re a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
Familiarity with marketing concepts, partnership marketing, customer insights and project management preferred.
Ability to partner with customer insights and analytics teams to help drive actionable insights for the calendar and partnerships teams.
Understanding of marketing and customer insights and ability to incorporate data into marketing plans and recommendations.
Things change and move quickly on this team and your ability to quickly adapt, change direction and think on your feet without missing a beat is essential.
Experience navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinate work among cross-functional teams.
Superb organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Microsoft Office Suite skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program, graduate program, or completed their accredited degree within the last 12 months of this posting (Juniors and Seniors with a Marketing focus preferred)
Candidate should demonstrate strategic and creative thinking abilities, leadership skills and excellent communication (verbal and written)

Average pay for summer internships is $23/hour
