Summer 2023 T-Mobile for Business Customer Support Analytics Intern
We're looking for a summer intern that will help provide the TFB Customer Support organization with information and analytical decision support tools. The role includes gathering, validating, and documenting reporting requirements, and performing daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc analysis and reporting. While many of the processes and procedures are established, there will be an opportunity to build models and tools from the ground up.
