    We're looking for a summer intern that will help provide the TFB Customer Support organization with information and analytical decision support tools. The role includes gathering, validating, and documenting reporting requirements, and performing daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc analysis and reporting. While many of the processes and procedures are established, there will be an opportunity to build models and tools from the ground up.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with team members to understand relevant data sources and be able to assist with regular reporting needs.

    • Use various data analysis techniques, partner with internal organizations (Customer Support teams, Sales, etc.) to help generate reports and data analytics.

    • Develop, maintain, and refine Excel and SQL-based models.

    • Build, maintain, and improve forward-facing PowerBI-based tools for use by leaders to view, analyze, and modify information.

    • Assist with quality assurance testing of models and results.

    • Support process documentation of financial modeling, processes, and procedures.

    • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • MS Office Suite: Intermediate computer skills with the following programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Visio, MS Access, and SQL

    • Reporting Systems: Ability to learn or familiarity with SQL, PowerBI to enhance existing reports and tools

    • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and present findings and recommendations

    • Relational Databases: Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, systems design, and integration

    • Possess analytical and critical thinking skills, with strong attention to detail

    • Ability to learn and gain solid understanding of T-Mobile's metrics and systems

    EDUCATION:

    • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business or Data Analytics

    This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office.

    Average pay for summer internships is $23/hour
