The intern will participate in identifying audits to perform for utility or real estate leasing expenses. Data analytics on large volumes of key data will be performed to narrow scope of potential audits. Development of repeatable data analysis and audit processes will be in-scope as a project deliverable. The ability to work independently and drive forward results will help the candidate achieve a successful internship. The intern will gain experience and knowledge in identifying and creating process for utility audits, real estate lease audits and will be supporting a lease ticketing platform evolution project.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysis of Utility billing data to identify audit opportunities.

• Analysis of Real Estate Lease payment data and lease details to identify audit opportunities.

• Development of repeatable data analysis processes for ongoing audit support.

• Develop recommendation for audit processes.

• Develop audit process documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Big Data Analytics

• Process Development

• Process documentation

• Self-motivated to produce results

• Experience using Excel, Alteryx, and/or Visio

This role is not eligible for relocation. Intern must have reliable transportation to work in office.
