    This role lives within our Instructional Designer Team in T-Mobile for Business. Instructional Designers develop training materials and determine learning objectives and goals for a specific curriculum or identified need. They partner with stakeholders and internal clients to determine needs, gather data, analyze audiences, design data collection instruments, create learning experiences and select innovative and engaging delivery methods that meet the determined objectives and goals. We are looking for a candidate to design creative training material by flexing their creative muscle through brainstorming relevant, engaging, and unique content ideas that will deliver information to our frontline and inspire change in behavior and authentic engagement. This role will be focusing on short-form, non-traditional learning content similar to what is found on popular social media apps and video platforms.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    •     Build and manage internal social media engagement campaigns for the frontline teams

    •     Manage and develop incentives and prize structures for social engagement campaigns. Track, evaluate, and improve for future versioning

    •     Work closely with the Instructional Design team to incorporate marketing and contests and social media into the training plans

    •     Consult with and guide sales teams leadership on platform recommendations and engagement opportunities

    •     Work with cross-functional teams to promote campaigns and gather feedback on a weekly basis

    •     Plan, execute, and manage end-user focus groups

    •     Work from assigned site during identified business hours

    EXPERIENCE

    •     Demonstrable social media engagement and/or influencer experience and work

    •     Dedicated, hard-working, dependable, with strong attention to detail

    •     Motivated self-starter who can work independently, but also part of a team

    •     Experience using/posting with TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram is a plus

    •     Basic to Intermediate skills in Adobe Premier e Pro,Camtasia, Vyond, or equivalent software, Microsoft Power Point, Canva and Word, Photoshop or equivalent software

    DESIRED

    •     Video and multimedia content developer to create bite-sized learning that comes to life through real-world application

    •     Graphic Design developer/branding

    •     Instructional Design 

    •     Manage multi projects simultaneously.

    •     Work within aggressive timeframes. 

    •     Adhere to established work standards to ensure best in class training deliverables

    •     Ability to manage scope, time, budget, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

     

    EDUCATION

    -    Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Marketing or Advertising with a focus on Social Media   

    Relocation, including summer housing, may be available for qualified candidates.

    Average pay for summer internships is $23/hour
