    What It's Like

    As an intern, you'll dive headfirst into the dynamic world of paid media spend and channel optimization, contributing directly to the team's efficiency in these areas. Work closely alongside our team members, tapping into their expertise and mentorship to gain unparalleled hands-on experience in the realm of Broadband marketing.     What You'll Do

    As an intern with a curiosity about marketing analytics, your time in our internship program will be filled with hands-on experiences in a real-world setting. You'll have the opportunity to focus on paid media spend and channel optimization to drive efficiency and achieve impactful business outcomes. Engage in projects that demonstrate your statistical analysis skills. You'll work alongside mentors, contributing to initiatives that strive to improve our strategies, refine media allocation, and uncover insights to craft the future of Broadband marketing.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze historical paid media spend data.

    • Develop models to predict the impact of different spending scenarios to desired business outcomes and KPIs.

    • Propose data-driven recommendations for optimizing paid media budgets to improve overall efficiency.

    • Evaluate paid media channels and assess the efficiency of each channel reaching target audiences and achieving marketing objectives.

    • Recommend adjustments to paid media budgets at the channel level based on data-driven insights. Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and correlations to derive relevant insights from broadband marketing data.

    • Apply advanced analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimizing paid media strategies to deliver business outcomes.

    • Build insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards to communicate findings to partners.

    • Work with business intelligence tools to present data in a clear and understandable manner.

    • Collaborate with marketing teams, business analysis, finance, and other relevant departments to capture data and insights.

    • Act as a liaison between broadband marketing and marketing analytics ensuring alignment of strategies with data-driven recommendations.

    What It Takes

    • Pursuing graduate degree in Analytics, Marketing, or a related field at 4-year college/university

    • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data interpretation.

    • Experience using data analysis tools such as Tableau, Python, R, and SQL, with an interest in visualizing data to present clear, concise narratives.

    • Outstanding communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical partners.

    • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year

    Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location ​

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location

    Colorado Pay Range: $20.00 - $40.00

    The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.

    At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
