    Do you want to be part of the Financial Planning and Analysis team supporting the T-Mobile Business Group?     Financial Planning and Analysis at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your reporting, analytical & leadership skills, as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will be part of the dynamic T-Mobile for Business Financial Planning and Analysis team, and work on different projects supporting functions within the business group, such as Sales, Marketing and Sales Operations. You will make a difference in how we do business! The intern will have the opportunity to implement process improvement, learn modeling techniques as well as producing insightful reports and dashboards, while supporting Subscriber Activations, Promotional Spend, Operating Expenses and Revenue KPI’s.     What you will do

    • Quickly learn systems and tools where data is available such as TM1, Snowflake and Power BI Dashboards produced across all functions i.e Sales Operations, Finance and Marketing.
    • Propose and implement a SharePoint site for FP&A internal team that can be sustained over time as business changes, which stores critical process documents, query library and reporting links.
    • Create process documents related to critical processes and published reports along with a library of definitions.
    • Assist with management reporting of KPI’s, set up, publish, and automate customer facing dashboards.
    • Assist with various quality control and reconciliation projects helping across the team, auditing models and reports. Refine and enhance models based on findings.
    • Develop and refine an Impact Presentation summarizing work done and the positive business impact.
    • Research various ad-hoc business questions with data available.
    • Complete other Duties/Projects assigned by the team as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors / Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, or General business.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills and experience with SQL and/or other coding languages.
    • Experience with Power BI and/or other visualization software.
    • Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
    • Orientation towards process improvement and accurate documentation.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
    • Basic understanding of finance and accounting disciplines – accruals/reserves, debits/credits.

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
