    Join us at T-Mobile Tuesdays, where we're passionate about celebrating and valuing our customers through our acclaimed program and app. As a Product Marketing Intern, you'll dive into an environment passionate about crafting innovative customer experience strategies and elevating our product solutions. This internship is all about blending diverse skills. We're seeking someone who understands business strategy and has outstanding analytical and communication skills.     What You'll Do

    This intern will participate in conducting in-depth competitive analysis and market research, providing valuable insights into industry landscapes and customer preferences. During the summer, the intern will be engaging in the research and design of new features, offering fresh perspectives to elevate our product offerings. Be prepared to explore and conceptualize new experiences, channeling your creativity to envision innovative ways to delight our customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively participate in weekly team meetings, contributing insights and updates on ongoing projects.
    • Engage in regular meetings with external partners to maintain alignment and track progress in weekly sync sessions.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Business Development, Product, Digital, and Design.
    • Develop cases for product projects, outlining strategies and expected outcomes.
    • Assist the Principal Product Manager by facilitating legal review requests as needed, ensuring compliance and alignment with regulations.
    • Identify strategic opportunities to improve the T-Mobile Tuesdays product through external partner experiences.
    • Conduct detailed research, establish partnerships, and brainstorm innovative product experiences.

    What It Takes

    • Currently enrolled and pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Sales or related field at 4-year college/university
    • Passion for digital marketing, including mobile apps.
    • Strategic and creative thinking abilities, leadership skills and excellent communication (verbal and written)
    • Previous experience with business strategy, product/brand marketing, product management experience and/or has experience collaborating with teams to drive results
    • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
    • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams while maintaining great relationships.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
    • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education
    • Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location ​
    • Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location
    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
