    Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. The T-Mobile Treasury department offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that provides many opportunities for developing your Treasury skillset as you help shape the success of the Un-Carrier. The intern will have the opportunity to work across four functions within Treasury – Capital Markets, Securitization Operations, Treasury Operations, and Insurance Risk Management.     What you will do

    • Analyze various strategic corporate and structured financing solutions to meet the company’s financial goals.

    • Support cash and liquidity management functions through analysis of company-wide receipts and disbursements.

    • Handle frontline employee support requests related to bank setup, armored courier services, depository accounts, and other common questions through the Treasury inbox.

    • Provide claims data management support within the Risk Management Information System tool for Insurance Risk Management.

    • Identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation of manual tasks to drive efficiency initiatives.

    • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, financial commitments, and obligations. Provide actionable insights around trends and financial performance.

    • Assist in current securitization deal management, including impact assessment on potential business changes.

    • Develop cross-functional collaboration with internal resources, including FP&A, Accounting, Marketing, Tax and Legal to support existing deals/projects.

    Basic Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a BS/BA or MS/MA/MBA program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field

    • Excellent MS Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills

    • An adequate understanding of corporate financing and capital markets

    • A documented GPA of 3.2 or higher

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Leadership positions in any extracurricular activities

    • CTP and/or CFA Charter holder or candidate

    • Outstanding analytical skills with strong attention to detail and customer-focused work ethic

    • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

    • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements and monitor workload

    • At least 18 years of age

    • Legally authorized to work in the United States

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year

    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
