    This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company.     Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain at T-Mobile offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that will grow your Finance and leadership skills as you help craft the success of the Un-carrier. You will work across the different functions at T-Mobile and make a difference in how we do business. You will have the opportunity to develop and shape the core Software for our Organization while working with cutting edge technologies. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier?

    What you will do

    • Web app development using Angular and React.
    • Perform detailed technical design and implementation of web applications.
    • Translate business requirements into technical requirements for large enterprise products, starting from design through implementation.
    • Work with a mentor and to learn new technologies.
    • Build and extend new products, platforms, and features.
    • Improve product quality through code reviews, writing effective unit tests.

    Qualifications

    • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Master’s program in Computer Science or Related Major.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite Skills.
    • Outstanding data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.

    Programming Languages:

    • Proficiency in languages like Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for front-end development.
    • Knowledge of server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP for back-end development.

    Front-end Development:

    • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
    • Understanding of responsive design principles.
    • Knowledge of browser developer tools.

    Back-end Development:

    • Familiarity with server-side frameworks like Express.js (Node.js), Django (Python), Ruby on Rails, Spring (Java), or Laravel (PHP).
    • Database management skills with SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.

    Version Control:

    • Proficiency in using version control systems like Git.

    APIs (Application Programming Interfaces):

    • Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs.
    • Understanding of GraphQL is a plus.

    Database Management:

    • Knowledge of database design and management.
    • SQL querying skills.

    Basic DevOps:

    • Familiarity with basic DevOps practices, including deploying and maintaining applications.
    • Experience with tools like Docker for containerization.

    Testing:

    • Understanding of testing frameworks for both front-end and back-end (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).

    Web Development Tools:

    • Proficiency with tools like npm, Webpack, Babel for front-end development.

    Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting:

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues.

    Soft Skills:

    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

    Portfolio:

    • A portfolio showcasing previous projects, preferably with code samples on platforms like GitHub.

    Other Qualifications

    • At least 18 years of age
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated within the last year
    • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

    Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
