This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It's Like

You'll be part of a team that builds and scales the core technology powering T-Mobile's business customer experiences. You'll help design and deliver AI-driven and agentic platforms that enable intelligent automation, faster decision-making, and more personalized interactions for business customers. The team owns the full lifecycle, from problem definition and system design through production deployment and continuous optimization, giving you true end-to-end impact. You'll partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to ensure our AI agents and platforms are reliable, scalable, and aligned to measurable business goals. What You'll Do

• Learn how to build AI-powered tools that improve experiences for T-Mobile's business customers

• Work on real projects by helping develop software and support data workflows

• Assist in improving AI systems so they work accurately and reliably

• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and data teams to bring ideas to life

• See how intelligent automation and self-service tools are used in real customer experiences

• Gain hands-on experience delivering solutions that make a real impact

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-driven, agentic solutions that support T-Mobile's business customers

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to design, build, and improve production-ready features

• Write, test, and review code while following best practices for quality, scalability, and reliability

• Analyze system performance and data to help improve automation accuracy and overall user experience

• Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and results through clear documentation and regular team updates

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
