JOB SCOPE

The Video Operations Systems and Guides Project Management intern is responsible for planning and executing assigned projects. The Intern will be responsible for having conversations with all stakeholders in order to complete stakeholder analysis, scope development, project schedules and project status. The ability to ask questions, be organized, and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization are the most important skills required for this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in planning, managing and monitoring 1 -3 small or 1 medium projects from concept through implementation of projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally, in both written and verbal forms
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Meets with internal customers of an assigned project to provide status updates and reports and gather project-related feedback.
• Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Tracks costs and performance, service levels and other metrics required to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Assists with gathering data and preparing a variety of reports covering project estimates, project status and other management reports.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members

BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Working towards Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management or equivalent technical field or work experience
• Experience with data collection, analysis, and presentation a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

The pay for this position has a minimum of $20.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
