Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in aircraft assembly or inspection, ideally within a large aerospace or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of aircraft structures, systems, and assembly processes.
- Experience with both manual and automated assembly tools.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FAA, TCCA, and EASA standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
- A valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, or equivalent certification, is preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP or other industry-specific software.
