  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Inspect and assemble aircraft components, subassemblies, and airframe structures according to engineering specifications and regulatory standards.
    • Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on aircraft parts and systems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate assembly and inspection.
    • Ensure that all components meet safety and regulatory compliance, including FAA, TCCA, and EASA standards.
    • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during assembly or inspection.
    • Document inspection results and prepare reports for review by supervisors and engineers.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company procedures and standards.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5–7 years of experience in aircraft assembly or inspection, ideally within a large aerospace or manufacturing environment.
    • Strong understanding of aircraft structures, systems, and assembly processes.
    • Experience with both manual and automated assembly tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FAA, TCCA, and EASA standards.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and engineering drawings.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
    • A valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License, or equivalent certification, is preferred.
    • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with SAP or other industry-specific software.
