Qualifications
- _ _ US Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship__
- You hold a current and valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.
- You bring at least 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience working on corporate or commercial jets.
- You’ve worked on Bombardier aircraft for at least 1 year.
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation maintenance environment.
- You’re skilled at planning and problem-solving , ensuring that challenges are resolved efficiently and commitments are met.
- You make decisions with a strategic mindset , keeping broader business goals in view while seizing opportunities.
- You thrive in a team-based environment , working well with others to get the job done.
- You have a strong “Get It Done” attitude , staying focused and driving results—even in the face of change.
- You're customer-focused , committed to understanding needs and building strong internal and external relationships.
- You’re passionate about growth and development —both your own and that of those around you.
- You’re comfortable using a wide range of measuring tools and hand tools , and can operate and interpret test equipment with confidence.
- You understand and can apply domestic and international regulatory requirements (FAR, CAA, RSM/QCM, FAA, AD, SB, CFR, TCDS, etc.).
- You’re proficient with essential software tools such as Excel, Access, Word, Quality Maintenance Tracking systems, SAP, AMS, and internet-based platforms.
- You have a thorough understanding of return-to-service procedures and the relevant SAP applications involved.
- You communicate clearly and effectively in English—both spoken and written.
- You have the ability to train, coach, and mentor others , helping team members grow and succeed in their roles.
