Work experience: * 3+ years of post-undergraduate business experience, or equivalent * 1+ years of related consulting experience in a professional services environment preferred * Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement * Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills * Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment * Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization * Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office * Openness for up to 100% travel Monday-Friday Education Requirements: * Advanced graduate degree in progress, with successful completion of the first year of a Masters program (e.g., MBA, MSE, PhD, etc.) * Bachelors degree with evidence of strong academic success.
