About The Job This job is a member of the International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. Responsible for monitoring acceptance, planning and accommodation of all American Airlines Cargo products to ensure compliance. Specifically, youll do the following: - Identifies and communicates potential operational issues to other work groups and assists with resolution - Responds to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner - Assists with special projects from HDQ and local management team - Provides superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution Qualifications Required Qualifications - High School diploma or GED Equivalency - 1 year Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales or Cargo Reservations experience Preferred Qualifications - Ablility to multi-task, prioritize and posess organization skills - Ablility to have a keen attention to detail, solid analytical skills and demonstrates sound business judgment - Ablility to be a great team player with a positive, can-do attitude and projects a positive outlook - Ablility to consistently perform at their highest potential and delivers great results - Ablility to learn quickly and is adaptable in a changing business environment - Knowledge of American Airlines Cargo products and understanding of the cargo industry is highly desired - Knowledge of SABRE FRT system - Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) - Ablility to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges Additional Locations: None Requisition ID: 21564 Nearest Major Market: Fort Worth Nearest Secondary Market: Dallas Job Segment: Customer Service
