About The Job This job is a member of the Revenue Accounting Fraud Team within the Finance Division. This position will be responsible for completing transaction evaluations and coordinating with corporate and operational departments to prevent fraudulent ticket usage. Specifically, youll do the following: - Evaluates real time credit card sales in order to detect potential fraudulent activity - Takes appropriate course of action to identify and curtail fraudulent activity, using internal/external fraud tools and Sabre - Contacts credit card holders, credit card companies, and banks for credit card purchase verifications - Coordinates activity with Airport Customer Service departments and Corporate Security personnel in an effort to prevent fraudulent ticket usage Qualifications Required Qualifications - High School diploma or GED equivalency - 2 years work experience within airline, travel agency, law enforcement, or credit card authorization/processing fields - Outstanding analytical thinking abilities - Excellent organizational skills - Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and make sound business decisions, with minimal supervision - Proficient with Microsoft Office software - Strong working knowledge of Sabre and PNR data - Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications - Previous Fraud Prevention experience preferred - Knowledge of passenger ticketing, pricing, reporting, and processing preferred Additional Locations: None Requisition ID: 24541 Nearest Major Market: Phoenix Job Segment: Accounting, Revenue, Revenue Management, Finance
