Role Summary * Serve as the primary point of contact for Audi of Americas regional network development teams for all franchising-related transactions. * Review and process all documents associated with every franchising transaction, and prepare amendments to the Audi Dealer Agreement and the exhibits thereto. * Work closely with Dealer Franchising Manager on market-specific analyses to develop, maintain, and execute mid- and long-term network strategy. * Coordinate franchising matters with in-house counsel, as necessary. Role Responsibilities * Coordinate and process application package documents associated with Audi franchising matters (ownership changes, location changes, DBA changes, Asset Purchases, corporate reorganizations, etc.) * Review all application package files for completeness, accuracy, and consistency * Evaluate strength of dealer candidates based on available application materials * Create and update time-sensitive documents for all franchising-related transactions, including Audi Dealer Agreements and exhibits thereto * Collect and communicate Franchising best practices * Perform additional administrative duties including submitting invoices and creating/sending monthly reports * Communicate specific transactional matters to internal stakeholders and state DMV agencies, as required * Proactively communicate major franchising matters to internal stakeholders to allow proper business planning on a forward-looking basis * Prepare and present monthly franchising updates, highlighting primary changes that occurred * Conduct dealer performance analysis as key input into Network Strategy activities * Implement and track benchmark reporting and KPIs in collaboration with Region teams * Present a professional image to our field and dealer partners and follow up quickly on any questions or concerns * Coordinate with other internal stakeholders within Audi of America on specialty dealer programs Experience * 2-4 years of relevant experience Education * Bachelor Degree * Bachelor Degree in Business or Pre-Law (desired) **General Skills ** * Analytical and conceptual thinking * Attention to detail * Customer service orientation * Database management * Communication skills interpersonal, presentation, and written * Process orientation * Strong Excel skills * Integrating processes, systems, and people * Influencing and negotiation skills * Problem solving * Resource management * Focus on continuous improvement * Ability to manage a variety of work Specialized Skills * Experience with review, organization, documentation, and development of legal and other contract-related documents * Basic understanding of franchise law and corporate structures common in the automotive industry (desired) * Experience reviewing financial statements (desired) * Holistic understanding of automotive industry KPIs (desired) Work Flexibility * This position requires 5-10% travel We are proud to be an EEO employer M/F/D/V.
