This position provides instructional support and supervision to students in various settings for the School of Health Professions. In addition to the valuable clinical experiences made available by our community hospitals and affiliates, FSW boasts a state of the art Simulation Education Center that has obtained global recognition. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in the assigned discipline and documented evidence, as verified through transcripts and educational plans, of progress towards a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.
• Licensed by the Florida Department of Health as a health professional in the related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology in creating and delivering course content
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the subject area to be taught and currency in the discipline

Required Skills Required Experience

• Lead the Analytical Operations group. Direct, manage, and mentor Analytical Operations scientists and contractors
• Ensure successful method transfer, method validation and routine GMP testing in collaboration with Analytical Development and external QC test labs,
• Support the development and management of specifications for in-process, release and stability testing programs,
• Ensure all GMP testing is conducted in accordance with SOPs, compendia, approved methods, and the company’s and regulatory agencies’ policies and procedures,
• Direct aspects of contract GMP testing labs including finished product, in-process, raw material, and stability testing,
• Support the development and management of systems and SOPs, such as LIMS, sample management, shipping, release testing and laboratory investigations,
• Support the commercial stability program and product expiry assignments,
• Ensure maintenance of reference standards,
• Prepare, analyze and trend QC data, generating stability and other trending reports as necessary,
• Support Analytical deviations, investigations, analytical method performance trending and work with external testing laboratories on root cause analysis and investigation actions,
• Participate in regulatory agency inspections, and assists in observational resolutions, as needed,
• Author appropriate sections of regulatory filings, including but not limited to IND/IMPD and NDA/MAA, and perform data integrity reviews as necessary.
