SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

H. BETTI INDUSTRIES is currently seeking a SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR to join our team in CARLSTADT, NJ. 

The SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR will play a key role in executing the Business Plan and Sales Vision for H. Betti Parts & Service. Providing an exceptional experience to our customers we continue to grow increasing our sales footprint.  We are looking for the right person to professionally engage customers, partners and Betson team members: addressing parts questions and orders while allowing the sales team to flourish. H. BETTI provides training focusing on customer service excellence, equipment parts knowledge, and sales. A successful employee will learn the amusement, and gaming industries ~ Have a desire to drive results and you will grow alongside the company as we continue to deliver to expanding markets.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide sales support: projects and processes specific to each business vertical.
• Develop and maintain relations with sales team (Inside & Pro-active)
• Support sales team with customer communication, documentation, customer proposals, pro-forma
• Assist President and Part Sales Director with schedule: coordinate conference     calls, region meetings, webinars, special events and tradeshows
• Maintain and update sales pipeline.
• Route customer Leads to suitable member of sales team for action.
• Support Sales team with Backordered items (Develop relationships with   manufacturers)
• Assist Inside Sales parts team (Phone Que, parts orders)
• Work with multiple departments (Part Sales, Sales, Finance, Shipping)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience Supporting Sales team
• File and Lead Maintenance
• Computer / internet usage experience
• Various software tools including Microsoft Suite (Database ~ software AS4000)
• Follow up and attention to detail is a key component for this position
• Excellent Team Relations – shows a sincere interest in Sales, the team and the customer experience
• Strong Time Management – Task oriented along with ability to handle High volume of orders
• Goal Oriented – acts with a sense of urgency to meet goals
• Interpersonal Skills – good at communicating ideas inside and outside of department
• Work with different department heads to complete tasks

THE ROLE: In this role you will be working with the Parts Sales Director coordinating and executing the vision and business plans for H. Betti Parts & Service. Along with following Parts President direction, the Sales Coordinator will work alongside sales management developing the team and sales. Detailed follow up and action based decisions are key for this position.
