    Job Description

    Major Duties and Responsibilities

    • Evaluate and determine optimal facility layouts, process workflows, labor allocation, and material handling equipment designs for both new and existing warehouses

    • Responsible for deliverable and presentation of results and recommendations to stakeholders

    • Conduct analysis, design, and procurement activities for new facilities and support start-ups

    • Work closely with internal teams to establish and elevate Expeditors’ warehouse standards, emphasizing modernity, efficiency, and high-quality facilities

    • Perform customer analysis responses with detailed facility layouts, visual processes and infrastructure requirements

    • Disseminate warehousing best practices across geographic region

    • Explore emerging warehouse technologies, assess their applicability, and execute feasible projects

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements

    • Bachelors in related engineering field

    • One – four (1-4) years of industry specific qualification

    • Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills

    • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely

    • Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneNote

    • Willing to travel (up to 50% of the time)

    Additional Information

    Expected base salary: $72,000 – $100,000

    Eligible for bonus
