    Our Internships play an integral role in the success of Enterprise and are a comprehensive introduction to our Management Training Program. For a college student, real-world professional business experience can put you above the rest when you enter the job market. The Business Rental Account Representative intern (BRARi) is an inside sales and/or account administration position that will grow business from the existing inactive accounts primarily via the phone with key decision makers. This position is based in Lombard, IL. Responsibilities The is a business to business sales position designed to teach, mentor and develop the intern on the sales process from prospect to closing. This position will communicate with our existing accounts via the phone, web conferencing and face to face meetings with key high level decision makers. The position will also support the groups' sales team in trends to reporting, account support and training.

    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Sales-

    • Re-prospect and develop business from the existing inactive account base
    • Identify prospects that maybe interested in reactivating their existing account
    • Maintain an awareness certain product knowledge information

    Deliver sales phone script in a professional and effective manner by:

    • Making calls to re-engage account contact and provide information about EHIDirec
    • Facilitating the connection between the prospect and BR- Sales Executive
    • Meeting established sales quotas and revenue goals

    Reporting-

    • Maintain information for re-prospected accounts in CRM
    • Send out information necessary for BR-Sales Exec to contact re-prospected account

    Customer Service-

    • Maintain confidentiality of records, files and correspondences
    • Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers that are built on trust and integrity. - May manage difficult or emotional customer situations.
    • Maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction

    Miscellaneous-

    • Duties are varied in nature, requiring independent action and judgment in solving basic and commonly encountered problems. Unusual cases or questionable matters are referred to the job’s immediate supervisor.
    • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
    • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

  • Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Must be graduating with a Bachelor's degree in less than 1 year.
    • Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales, leadership and customer service.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 1 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years.
    • No drug, alcohol related, reckless, or six point violations on driving record (ie., DUI/DWI) in the past 3 years.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
    • Students in Sales certificate programs or prior Enterprise interns preferred.
