We are reviewing candidates for our Spring 2019 Internship - Legal. The internship will be scheduled from January 2019 through August 2019, and based on the interns academic calendar. What to Expect : Industry-leading experts in all aspects of aviation Opportunities to attend negotiations, draft and review agreements and participate in internal meetings with a variety of clients under the supervision of our dedicated team of in-house lawyers Participate in a wide variety of practice areas, including: commercial contracts, litigation, labor & employment, compliance and asset finance. Opportunities to meet with our executive team in both formal and informal setting Final summer project report delivered to our GC and other legal directors. Inclusive and diverse work environment Intern Qualifications : Must qualify as a student enrolled in a university and pursing a Juris Doctorate or a L.LM degree at the time of the Summer Internship Program. Must be high performing and have the ability to simultaneously handle multiple complex and challenging assignments with extremely short turnaround deadlines Able to collaborate with a wide range of individuals on a global basis Effective verbal and written communication skills Work with passion and take ownership for the work assigned Candidate Profile : Current or recent major in Law Aptitude on a range of analytic tools and applications.
