Flight Attendant and Customer Service Instructor Capstone Institute Inc (The Travel Academy) - Eagan, MN Full-time, Part-time Our company is seeking an individual that possesses the necessary skills and demonstration of professionalism that best facilitates and ensures students adherence to the Flight Attendant curriculum guidelines. Duties and Responsibilities: -Instruct approved Flight Attendant curriculum as set forth by FAA guidelines. -Create, implement, and revise curriculum according to the company's policies and procedures. -Provide competency checks for all enrolled students (oral, written, hands-on) -Attend weekly instructor meetings and all company staff meetings as required. -Must uphold a strong, professional and conservative appearance at all times. -Other duties as assigned Education/Experience/Certification: -Must have previous flight attendant experience. Minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. -Must be willing to relocate and be able to commute to work daily -Current FAA certification preferred, not required. -CPR certified, or willing to obtain within 2 months of hire Computer Skills: -Ability to type a min of 30 words per minute -Fluent knowledge in utilization of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to utilize electronic tools to deliver alternate educational content, i.e. online course material Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Experience: * Flight Attendant: 3 years Education: * High school 6 hours ago - save job
