Enterprise Sales Executive - Open to Location
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll be a consultative sales professional responsible for revenue growth and market share penetration by closing new deals with large and enterprise customer accounts. Enterprise Sales Executives will add value by educating customers on all the innovative ways that Cargomatic delivers supply chain and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hunter, goal-oriented, and innovative in developing successful sales strategies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Outside Sales - build a book of business through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, and closing new deals
- Conduct sales pitches and presentations with nationwide large and enterprise customer accounts
- Develop and execute a business plan that will generate revenue growth and achieve sales quotas as defined by the company
- Have continuous engagement with your customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts
- Partner with Cargomatic’s Customer Support and Operations teams to enhance the customer experience and keep customer satisfaction and retention rates high
- Travel required - at least 50% travel, overnight included
What You'll Need
- 5-10 years of outside sales experience required, specifically experience in solution selling to freight forwarders, ports, warehouses, parcel/LTL, etc.
- Ability to transition your own book of business and/or contacts
- Experience driving revenue with large, national customers/shippers
- Experience with complex enterprise sales, identifying pain points, and delivering solutions
- Proven industry track record of winning new business and building strategic partnerships
- Ability to articulate client strategies, using industry knowledge to expand business opportunities
- Competitive and motivated hunter mentality
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections
- Accountability and ability to prioritize daily tasks
