Account Executive (SMB) - Long Beach or Phoenix
As an Account Executive (SMB), you’ll play a fundamental role in achieving Cargomatic’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. The Account Executive will educate potential customers on the innovative ways that Cargomatic delivers supply chain and logistics solutions. The ideal Account Executive must be comfortable conducting telephone or video sales presentations, overcoming objections, negotiating rates, and closing new deals.
What You’ll Do
Perform effective telephone or video sales presentations with pre-qualified leads
Conduct customer needs analysis, negotiate quotes/rates, and close new deals with small to medium-sized regional shippers
Answer customer questions, overcome objections and concerns, and provide customers with essential details of Cargomatic’s products and services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer conversations
Achieve defined sales goals and quotas
Partner with Cargomatic’s customer support and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and keep customer satisfaction and retention rates high
