Central Transport Inc., one of nation's most trusted and technologically advanced LTL distribution service, is presently seeking out Operations Supervisor candidates for our terminal located in Green Bay, WI. THE SHIFT TIME FOR THIS POSITION IS 3:00AM - 1:00PM T-SAT.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

•Managing the flow of freight on our inbound dock operation

•Provide firm leadership and accountability to team of drivers and dock workers

•Ensure facility Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals are met and/or exceeded

•Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards

•Ensure Central Transport’s operational model compliance

•Provide / support a culture of excellence in quality of product to internal and external customers

•Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase

The ideal candidate will have:

•Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment

•Strong leadership qualities

•Desire to surround customer with excellence in service

•High aptitude for technology

•The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•An associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
