As a recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team, your primary focus will be continuous hiring into our sales role at our Kansas City and Minneapolis locations. The sales function is a dynamic and significant area of our business, and we are looking for a highly-motivated, self-starter to source, attract and evaluate top talent to support ongoing success and growth. Youll partner with your team, hiring managers and staffing vendors to move candidates quickly through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all involved and promotion of our talent brand. Responsibilities -Source, screen and evaluate applications, moving candidates through the process with candidate experience and the importance of a realistic job preview front of mind -Build a talent pipeline through a variety of sourcing techniques while continuously innovating with new ideas to attract talent; maintain relationships and network with qualified candidates as you prepare for future hiring needs -Consult with hiring managers and leadership on talent market information, hiring trends and recruiting best practices -Manage candidate information, requisition data and communications in applicant tracking system -Build strong relationships up and down the organization so you can be viewed as a trusted partner -Be a subject matter expert on the roles you support and be able sell our opportunities -Support campus recruiting efforts to attract entry-level talent from university campuses -Identify and help lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts -Participate in various talent-related projects Qualifications -Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience or experience supporting a recruitment function or 1 year of Freightquote or C.H.
