    • ERP OH Job Level: Early Career Employment Type: Full time Regular/Temporary: Regular Description Chemonics is seeking a Design Team Associate to supports the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Design Team in the configuration and implementation of Chemonics enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The Design Team Associate works closely with the Payroll Architect, the Deputy Business Process Architect, and the Design & Build Director to achieve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in human resource, payroll, financial, banking, and other business processes within the D365 system. S/he creates a work environment that motivates staff and promotes teamwork and contributes to the successful operation, management, and industry reputation of the company as a whole. Responsibilities Facilitates information-gathering of payroll- and finance-related information from various Chemonics field offices, in order to support design and configuration of the D365 system according to each country-specific context. Supports the Payroll Architect in the configuration of payroll functionality for Chemonics field offices using the Loki Systems Advanced Payroll platform within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. This includes basic configuration of the Advanced Payroll Module under the direct supervision of the payroll architect as well as administrative support to the payroll architect to ensure that the system will support management of local payroll and benefits in global project locations in a manner compliant with local legal requirements in all countries where Chemonics operates. Coordinates closely with business process owners, field offices, and subcontractors and IT vendors to implement configuration and customization requirements of the financial aspects of the D365 system, including banking integration. Troubleshoots Advanced Payroll and D365 system issues, escalating more complex issues as needed. Participates in system testing efforts including unit testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Assists in any data conversion and data migration tasks, as well as go-live planning and management of cutover to live system. Gains strong front-end and back-end knowledge and understanding of Loki Systems Advanced Payroll and Microsoft Dynamics 365 during the performance of this position. Proactively identifies risks and problems, working with the Design and Build a team to identify potential solutions. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications Bachelors degree required, or equivalent combination of education and work Minimum 2 years experience with payroll, accounting, or financial management Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel Demonstrated ability to provide input to or write reports or documentation; ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise and persuasive manner Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Strong organizational and work prioritization skills with an attention to detail Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload and complete work Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity Experience living or working in developing countries preferred.
